How to use the My Account area

Your My Account area is filled with tools to make ordering simple, and keep your business moving. Let's walk through step-by-step the various features. 

 

Changing account information

This will change the information related to the account you're using to log in. This is especially useful, when staff members move on or you're business uses 'group' emails such as sales@ and admin@. Make sure this section is updated, as all order confirmations will be sent to these details. 

 

Address Book

Here you can add multiple delivery addresses, and when you're checking out you can select the best delivery address for you. You can also edit any saved delivery addresses we may have for you. 

 

 

 

Change my Password

This is the password you will use to log into the My Account area. You can change this at any time. 

 

 

 

You can also change it here (if you have forgotten your password). Make sure you have access to the email address registered in our system. If all else fails, call us on 09 415 8303 or email sales@lusty-blundell.co.nz. 

 

 

Quick Order

Here you will find a list of your 'regularly ordered' products. This saves you from navigating the whole website to find your quick order products again. Place your quantities in the box and add to cart. 

 

 

 

My Invoices

 

Here you will find a copy of all your invoices, and any balances owing. Please note that balances are updated once reconciled at our end, so if you have made payment it may take a few days to show. 

Clicking on the Invoice No will open the invoice and show you all your details, including products, pricing and quantities ordered. 

 

 

View my Order Templates

 

If you have created Order Templates, you can view them here. Order Templates are great for costing jobs, or creating template of products you can just add the whole template to the cart. 

 

You can name your template, add a short 'blurb' or description and search products. 

 

 

My Orders

 

Here you can see the status of your order. You can also quickly re-order and by clicking on the Order ID you can view the full transaction plus any comments you may have added at the time.
