Electric Ball Valve
Motorised ball valves are the ideal answer for seacocks in hard to reach places, or simply to increase convenience on board. Check the data sheet at the support and manuals tab.
With this new line of motorised valves, VETUS introduces a unique product range. The combination of an aluminium casing, metal gears, stainless steel (AISI 316) ball valve, and the extremely high torque (up to 220 Nm!) results in a highly reliable product with numerous applications. Furthermore, the motor is ignition protected and certified to the ISO 8846 Marine standard, for use in the engine room without risk of explosion. Under normal operating conditions, the actuator is lubricated for life, so maintenance is minimal. The motorized ball is supplied with metal transmission and gears, thermal overload protection and it's also suitable for diesel fuel.
