Hot water is one of the greatest uses of energy for the traveller.

Gas hot water systems have several problems, they are about 40% efficient and are costly to run. They are vulnerable to dust. They are bulky and heavy. LPG is highly flammable and requires venting as they emit dangerous gases.

Electric hot water systems have several advantages:

Electric power can be generated by solar or an alternator or both and are inexpensive to run. Sealed units are unaffected by dust. Units are lightweight and compact in either tankless or tank versions. They are protected by circuit protection creating a perfectly safe system. Systems do not require venting.

Tankless Electric Hot Water – these are commonly called “Instant Hotwater” and are compact and efficient. Safiery have developed an instant hot water system that operates at a range of power settings from 2,500W to 6,000W.

The result is a slim compact and brilliant instant hot water!
