Watermaker Spares & Accessories - Automatic Membrane Conserving System
The Automatic Membranes Conservation System (AMCS) is designed to ensure the membranes stay in perfect shape. When the Watermaker has not been used for some time, bacteria can grow and spread very quickly across the membrane. This is cause it to choke and decrease production dramatically. The AMCS works with the automtic flushing system and the RP TRONIC® automatic system to stop the bacteria from spreading, by automatically adding sodium metabisulphite during the flush of the membranes.
